The Moje nekretnine mobile application is jointly owned by the Ministry of Justice and Administration and the State Geodetic Administration. All data retrieved through the mobile application are under the jurisdiction of the aforementioned institutions and are stored in the Joint Information System of Land Registers and Cadastres, i.e. its public part called OSS (https://oss.uredjenazemlja.hr).Through the application, it is possible to retrieve real estate in the land register and cadastre in which you are registered, receive notifications about changes to real estate, and view documents created by you through the OSS system.A prerequisite for correct retrieval of data is the OIB entered on real estate in the land register and cadastre. If you do not see some properties after registration, but you think you should see them, you should contact the competent land registry department or cadastral office in your city and request additional information.Access to the application is provided to users who are authenticated through the National Identification and Authentication System (NIAS). When registering, it is possible to select a legal entity that the user can represent or for whom he has a power of attorney. Registration is valid for 90 days, and after registration, the application must be protected with a PIN known only to the user.The application has the following functionalities:- Review of real estate in the land register and cadastre where the registered user is registered- Overview of the users inbox, which contains documents created through the OSS system and notifications about changes to real estate- Receiving push notifications at the time of a change in the property (must be enabled during registration or in the settings).For all questions and additional information, you can contact us at the following address: [email protected]
